Private Sector helps promote Thai Soft Power

Thailand Foundation representation by Amb. Tharit Charungvat, Secretary-General of the Foundation congratulated Mrs. Marisa Cheravanond, Founder of Th.AI Art Initiative and Special Advisor to Senior Chairman of Chareon Pokphand Group, for receiving Rinasciemento+, an world major award in honor of art collectors and their patronage for support on art and artists. The Award Ceremony took place on 23 September in Florence, Italy, during Florence Art Week organized by the International Biennial of Antiques (BIAF.) Mrs. Jiaravanond was one of the six awardee who won this prominent world award this year.

During this visit to Italy, Mrs. Chiaravanond also organized events for Ja Fai, a renowned Thai Chef to showcase her artistic skill in cooking Thai dish together with Ms. Kavita Watanachayangku to exhibit her contemporary art works in Florence on 24 September and in Milan on 28 September 2022. The achievement and dedication of Mrs. Chiaravanond as hailed by the award ceremony and the her support to the Thai artists by providing spaces and opportunities for them to present their works at world stage has been widely welcomed and impressed by attendees who took part at the events as mentioned.
